Most people take CARE Classes for their information and training. However, the core of the CARE Mission is the Certified CARE Instructor (CCI) Program. Through the CCI Program, individuals can acquire a thorough grasp of the basic therapeutic applications and scientific theory of essential oils and may become, themselves, a Certified CARE Instructor, a member of the CARE faculty, authorized to teach History of Anointing and Laying on of Hands (AKA Healing Oils of the Bible), Raindrop Technique, Applied Vitaflex, and other topics in the name of CARE. By teaching these classes, a CCI can serve toward certifying others and training additional CCIs according to CARE policies.
Thus, CCIs may pass on their expertise to others who, upon completion of the program, may do likewise in their own communities. In this way, the educational process of learning to perform and teach Raindrop Technique and other healing arts becomes locally available and self-duplicating with the capability of reaching thousands who would not otherwise have access to such training. CARE International is a self-replicating education program that will eventually reach millions throughout the world.
It is CARE’s vision that someday proper therapeutic application of essential oils will become common household knowledge and Raindrop Technique will be a skill practiced by parents, spouses, friends, and professionals everywhere.

CARE Classes Transform Lives
And Teach You How to Reap the Most from Essential Oils
A testimonial from Michelle Truman , Ed.D., (retd. FCCI)
I have been a member of Young Living since 1996. I was the type oiler that you could classify as using the oils as a ‘First Aid Kit’. If someone in my family got a cut or burn I would run for the lavender. Prior to dining at a restaurant before eating I would grab the Thieves for protection from strange microbes. Or if my kids were a bit too rambunctious I would grab the Peace and Calming to oil them down to a low roar. That type of oil usage went on until 2008 (yep, 12 years) until I attended my first CARE (Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education) Intensive class.
Each class in the Intensive provided me with different information regarding how the oils could enrich my mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well being. I was amazed at how much there was to learn about the oils and how they could benefit my family in a much deeper way than just being a ‘First Aid’ source. CARE’s educational program is of such high quality, and I should know as I have spent many an hour in the university systems as both as an educator and as a doctoral student while earning an Educational Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction … yep, the CARE classes are that good.
Some of the things that I would have done differently, if I knew then what I know now, is to have a series of oils that I apply daily such as White Angelica as a protection to ward off negativity, Valor to balance my energy fields and body alignment, Copaiba for pain relief in my back and shoulders, Joy for that added emotional lift when I need it. These are just a few of the items I now use daily.
After my first CARE Intensive I was so moved that I decided right then and there to become a CARE Instructor. This has enriched my life so much because I get to meet people from all over the world that have passion for the oils like I do. However, the reasons people take a CARE Intensive are quite varied.
Moms take it to understand how to use the oils to benefit their families. Did you know that if one of your children become constipated that there is an easy Vitaflex move on the shins, taught by CARE, that can bring relief without taking any medication? Or that anointing your children before you put them to bed with a series of oils and a prayer can help save them from building up emotional baggage?
People take CARE classes for different reasons: Some want to become Certified Raindrop Technique Specialists (CRTS) and learn how to legally practice Raindrop Technique. Others want to learn ways to help build their Young Living businesses because what you learn in a CARE Intensive will help you do that. Some professionals take the course to receive continuing education credits to renew their licenses. Finally, a small percentage decide to go all the way through the CARE program and become instructors.
If you are interested in attending a CARE Intensive for whatever the reason check the calendar for a CARE Intensive or Seminar near you.
Oily Abundant Blessings to you all,

What others are saying about CARE’s seminars
I attended the C.A.R.E. Seminar in Anaheim and want to say that if you have the opportunity to go to a C.A.R.E training class, GO! Even the five hours of chemistry was fun . . . well, maybe ‘fun’ isn’t he right word, but it was certainly interesting and understandable. There were about twenty of us in the class with the Instructor and three facilitators to help us all along the way. Let me just say that the nearly one-on-one attention makes all the difference. If you haven’t seen the course description, we covered raindrop, vitaflex, essential oil chemistry, and so much more. The Instructor truly has a gift for sharing and teaching and I feel very fortunate to have been able to learn from him.

This workshop has been the most rewarding learning experience since my introduction to essential oils. The wealth of material and wonderful personal experiences and knowledge shared was beyond my expectations. In these times of despair, I feel blessed to be a part of such a God-centered healing organization as CARE.

This was a very worthwhile and comprehensive program I would recommend everyone take. It was a very informative, organized and thorough workshop . . . and Fun! I teach oils myself and the pieces of information I was missing was the chemistry. David and Lee Stewart have put a lot of time, effort, hard work, and love into the CARE program.(This seminar) was worth every cent, and then some. They didn’t charge enough for all the info they gave to us. Your program brought an even clearer picture to my already considerable knowledge of essential oils. I was very impressed with the entire program. I would love to repeat your class when you come to my area again.

I am a formally trained aromatherapist and found this seminar to be phenomenal! Very thorough. It clarified many things for me. I learned a lot and with so much love and care! You really get your money’s worth. I would encourage anyone to go to this seminar.

I attended C.A.R.E. seminar in Portland, Oregon. It was a great experience. The entire program was excellent, very informative. I am a chemist as well as a hairdresser and I think the Instructor did a great job teaching and explaining chemistry. I highly recommend the program to anyone interested in having a good foundation for understanding the oils.

Truly beautiful training. Very pure, sincere presenters who are very knowledgeable and have a talent to present the info to the class.

This was my first experience with CARE. I really didn’t have any idea the impact this week-end in Atlanta would have on my understanding and appreciation of the oils. This course has enhanced my awareness of the sacredness of what we do for ourselves and others with the oils, whether we are using raindrop technique, emotional release or, in my case, as a reflexologist. My thanks to the CARE Instructors for following the vision and call of God to make this knowledge available to use in a way that makes us hunger for more of the oils and more of God.

This program is a labor of love for all, the presenters and the facilitators. Excellent teaching. Chemistry made easy. Loving atmosphere. I can’t think of any way it could have been better.
Janet Luttrell
The program is inspiring. I gained so much information, guidance, direction and hands-on experience. I have been very rewarded for attending. I feel such warmth and caring from the facilitators and felt safe to venture into a new area for me. I felt such power I just can’t see where this seminar could be improved upon. Thank you very much.
