A little about me
I have been teaching group fitness for over 40 years, and in 2022 opened my own wellness center! I am a certified personal trainer as well as a raindrop technique specialist. My husband and I have been married 47 years, we have two grown children, and three rescue fur babies. I love what essential oils do for me personally, and I love to share my knowledge about them with other people.
