Dr. Leslie Baylis Davis, Ed.D., D.PSc. Fully Certified CARE Instructor (FCCI) & Certified Aromatherapist Dr. Leslie Davis is a Fully Certified CARE Instructor with extensive experience teaching Raindrop Technique®, Emotional Release, and other CARE curriculum courses since 2014. With over a decade of instructional experience, she has trained and mentored numerous students and supported many instructors on their journey to certification, providing both classroom instruction and ongoing coaching. Drawing from her background as an educator, curriculum designer, and Licensed Pastoral Counselor, Leslie integrates her expertise in emotional processing, brain-based learning, and holistic wellness to create engaging and transformative learning experiences. She is passionate about equipping students with both the technical skills and confidence needed to excel as practitioners. Leslie is also the founder of MindShift Leadership & Learning (Formerly Whispering Waters Academy), where she has developed and delivered courses in aromatherapy, inner healing, leadership development, and more. She brings warmth, clarity, and a people-centered approach to every training, empowering others to grow personally and professionally.
