CARE is offering two of our newest programs in Lexington, KY on November 2 and 3 (Sunday and Monday). “The CARE Experience” on Nov 2 and “A Touch of CARE” on Nov 3. Fully Certified CARE Instructor and CARE Director Anthony Stewart will be leading both events.
Previous to this will be “Raindrop Roundup” on October 31 and November 1 (Friday and Saturday). See information at the bottom.
The CARE Experience
Take a 3-Dimensional journey through the CARE Classes and experience what you have learned, addressing your Body, Mind, and Spirit. Requirements to Attend: All attendees must have previously taken CARE’s Raindrop and Vitaflex classes from a Certified CARE Instructor. It is highly recommended that you review and practice the techniques before attending.

A Touch of CARE
