Dr. Truman is an elementary education specialist and has created a chemistry book full of colored illustrations throughout that could be read and enjoyed, not only by children, but by adults who have fears and reservations with regard to scientific subjects like Chemistry. In fact, she has made it so clever and entertaining that even a trained chemist would enjoy it, but would find themselves learning a thing or two they didn’t know before. The bigger book is readable by anyone, including those unschooled in the sciences, but its size is intimidating. We urge such persons to read this book first and then tackle the 848 page tome, which will become even easier, thanks to Dr. Truman’s brilliant rendition.
