Two Day Seminar Includes History of Anointing and Laying on of Hands, Vitaflex, and Raindrop

14 hours in the theory and practical applications of essential oils, as well as 14 hours of continuing education for massage therapists, body workers, physical therapists, and other professionals.

The Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE) is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a Continuing Education Approved Provider. This Seminar is worth 14 CE-hrs of credit through NCBTMB. The 14 Hours of Credit for this seminar are the first step toward becoming a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist (CRTS) through the Natural Therapies Certification Board (NTCB). Completing this seminar is also the first and basic set of requirements toward becoming a Certified CARE Instructor (CCI), should you wish to pursue a teaching career with CARE. There is an additional 11 hours of CARE class time required in order to move forward with these certifications.

Day 1

10:00 – 10:30am – Introduction to CARE

10:30 – 12:30pm – History of Anointing and Laying on of Hands

12:30 – 1:30pm – Lunch

1:30 – 6:00pm – Applied Vitaflex

Day 2

9:00 – 1:00pm – Raindrop Technique (First Half)

1:00 – 2:00pm – Lunch

2:00 – 6:00pm – Raindrop Technique (Second Half)

LIMITATIONS OF CLASS SIZE

Registrations for Raindrop and Vitaflex are limited to 10 students to keep class sizes small for better hands-on attention and training.

As for the History of Anointing, it is a demonstration/lecture class, and there is no limitation on class size beyond the seating capacity of the room. It is open to the public at the ala carte price.

PRE-REQUISITES

CARE Vitaflex is required before taking Raindrop.
Note: Raindrop will be given in two separate sessions. It is required that you attend both sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Full refund less $50 for processing for cancellations no later than two weeks before the seminar date

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Class Notes, Necessary Oils, Handouts, and Certificates acknowledging your participation in the course or courses taken are all included in seminar fees.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring two sheets, one bath towel and one hand towel. If you would be willing to bring a massage table, please mention this when you register. Extras will be supplied in class.

Texts and videos required for CCIs may be available for sale at the seminar. Check with your CARE Instructor for more details.  You may also purchase applicable books and DVDs from www.raindroptraining.com.

PREPARATION

Your fingernails must also be very short and filed smooth on the edges and corners. Clippers and files will be available in class. Please note that with long nails you will not be able to do all of the Vitaflex and Raindrop techniques.
