A little about me Anthony Stewart has been practicing Raindrop Technique for over 20 years. Trained by his parents, David and Lee Stewart, he has learned first-hand from the founders of CARE. He currently serves as the CEO and Executive Director of CARE International, and is a Fully Certified CARE Instructor (FCCI). In addition teaching CARE classes and handling administrative duties, Anthony also teaches CARE’s Advanced Bible Oils and Advanced Emotional Release.
