A little about Leslie:

Dr. Leslie Baylis Davis is a fully certified instructor and supervisor with the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE) and has been teaching Raindrop Technique and related coursework since 2014. She brings over a decade of experience in aromatherapy education, along with a heart for teaching that is grounded in faith, presence, and genuine connection.

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a background spanning education, leadership development, vocal performance, and pastoral counseling, Leslie brings a holistic and thoughtful approach to teaching. She weaves together faith, awareness of how the body responds to learning and stress, and practical communication and care—supporting students in learning with confidence, presence, and integrity.

Through teaching, mentoring, and creative expression, Leslie helps students develop clarity, confidence, and trust in both the work they are learning and themselves as practitioners. Her approach is grounded and encouraging, integrating understanding, attentiveness, and skill so students leave equipped to apply what they’ve learned with care and professionalism.

A wife and mom of five, Leslie values learning that integrates into real life. She is also an experienced worship leader and musician, and she brings warmth, rhythm, and joy into the classroom. Laughter is welcome, questions are encouraged, and students often find that meaningful connections form naturally during her trainings.

Leslie’s classes are known not only for the quality of instruction, but for the sense of community that develops within them. Many students leave with lasting friendships and a deeper confidence in carrying what they’ve learned forward.

She is deeply committed to CARE’s standards of excellence and considers it a privilege to walk alongside students as they grow in skill, understanding, and stewardship of their practice.
